Work Done (02/19/09):
As you may have noticed the work is nearing completion. The new roofs gutters and downspouts have been installed on all buildings. New 90 % efficient furnaces have been installed. Two of the new doors in the EF building have been installed. In addition a buzzer system is being installed to improve security for the school. All doors in EF building will be replaced along with 2 doors in the church. In addition new closers and weather-stripping will be done on the other church doors. Still remaining to be done are the installation of new locks. All of the above changes will result in lower energy bills for the church.
The break down of cost is as follows:

Roofs/Gutters $134,880
TOTAL $185,357
The total amount of the loan after closing costs was $ 197,120. Our monthly repayment amount is $ 2,192 per month.
